The owner, Hector is always available to speak with to address any concerns we may have.  I have personally been to their lab in Georgia to meet him and the staff.  I was impressed with their facilities. Everything is always done in a timely and professional manner.  Repairs or changes in the prescriptions are dealt with immediately. They stand by their work. They are always very friendly and helpful with any and all questions and/or requests.
 

I have been using ROA lab for almost 6 years now and I am extremely pleased. The quality of their appliances is truly awesome.  As an I-Tero user I submit my cases to ROA using the digital .STL file format. Case submission is quick and easy and they fabricate my appliances to my exact specifications. Throughout my 21 year orthodontic career, I have tried many different labs, even the big “Blue Chip” ones and I can’t see myself ever switching back. I would highly recommend ROA!
